About Jones Project Solutions

I’m Joshua Jones, Founder of Jones Project Solutions LLC. I’ve spent the past 14 years in the construction industry, including 8 years in leadership and management roles, working my way from hands-on field environments into construction and project leadership. Throughout my career, I’ve supported complex projects across heavy civil construction, utility-scale solar, electrical substations, data centers, LNG, refinery and petrochemical facilities, site development, underground utilities, and EPC/EPCM project delivery. My experience has given me the opportunity to work directly with owners, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, field teams, and executive leadership. That experience taught me that successful projects come down to strong communication, accountability, planning, and leadership that understands what it actually takes to execute the work in the field. I founded Jones Project Solutions LLC to bring that experience directly to project owners and delivery teams. My goal is to provide practical, hands-on construction management and Owner’s Representative support that protects the owner’s interests while keeping safety, quality, schedule, cost, and execution at the forefront. My leadership philosophy is built around servant leadership, accountability, and team success. I believe a leader should be willing to step into the problems alongside the team, remove obstacles, hold people accountable, and help create an environment where everyone can succeed. At Jones Project Solutions, we don’t believe in adding unnecessary layers of management.
